Prohibits COVID-19 vaccination requirements for employment, enrollment, or benefits.

This bill adds a new section to chapter 34-22, prohibiting employers, educational institutions, state agencies, political subdivisions, and other entities from requiring COVID-19 vaccinations. Violation of this prohibition is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
