Extends waterfowl hunting seasons by two days for veterans and active duty personnel in South Dakota.
South Dakota HB1156 proposes to extend each waterfowl hunting season by two days for individuals who are on active duty in the armed forces and those who have served in the armed forces. This extension does not alter any existing licensure, permit requirements, daily and possession limits, or other statutory or regulatory requirements. The Game, Fish and Parks Commission will be responsible for promulgating rules to implement this change.
