Expands locations for raw milk purchase for personal use in South Dakota.

South Dakota HB1121 amends the law to allow raw milk for human consumption to be purchased for personal use at the farm where it is produced, at a farmers market, and at a retail store owned by the producer but not located at the farm. The bill prohibits raw milk sales at farmers markets or farmer-owned retail stores not located at the production farm.
