Amends voter residency requirements for municipal and school district elections in South Dakota.

This bill modifies the residency requirements for voting in municipal and school district elections in South Dakota. It specifies that an individual must be registered to vote and reside in the municipality or school district at the time of the election. Residency is defined as living in the area for at least thirty consecutive days each year, being a full-time postsecondary education student who was previously a resident, or being on active duty in the armed forces with a home of record in the area.
