South Dakota HB1102 amends the deadline for filing annual reports for limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships. The first annual report must be submitted by January 31st of the year following the year in which the entity was authorized to transact business. Subsequent annual reports must be delivered by the same date each year. This change applies to entities other than banks and limited business entities.
