SHORT_SUMMAR: Allows terminal care facilities to permit patients with terminal conditions to use medical cannabis.

Requires terminal care facilities to allow patients with terminal conditions to store and use medical cannabis on the facility's premises. The cardholder or their designated caregiver must provide a copy of their registry identification card to the facility, and the cardholder's attending practitioner must indicate the use of medical cannabis in their medical records. Facilities may establish policies and procedures for the administration, storage, and use of medical cannabis within the facility. Facilities are not required to procure or administer medical cannabis to patients.
