The bill directs the South Carolina State House Committee to modify the South Carolina Armed Forces Monument to include a flag and engraved seal for the United States Space Force. The monument, which currently represents five branches of the armed forces, was installed in 2005 and does not include the Space Force, which was established in 2019. This addition would complete the representation of all branches of the United States Armed Forces. The resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
