It removes the annual maximum on fees and eliminates the requirement to share certain revenues. The Charleston Naval Complex Redevelopment Authority must convey certain parcels of real property to the City of North Charleston as per a mutual agreement. The bill also removes a sunset provision and a requirement to share revenue under the Rural Development Act.
