Amends Palmetto Fellows Scholarship eligibility to include Classic Learning Test scores.

The bill amends the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship Program to include the Classic Learning Test (CLT) as an approved test for eligibility. Students must meet one of three criteria: a minimum score of 1200 on the SAT, an equivalent ACT or CLT score, and a cumulative 3.5 grade point ratio on the Uniform Grading Scale at the end of the junior or senior year. The bill also specifies that if the top six percent of the graduating class is two students or less, both must be considered for the scholarship. The changes take effect upon approval by the Governor.
