This bill amends the South Carolina Code to restrict airboat operation on Lake Moultrie and other specified waterways. It prohibits operating airboats on Lake Moultrie, the Congaree and Wateree Rivers, the Broad River in Richland County, Stevens Creek in Edgefield County, the Waccamaw, Great Pee Dee, Little Pee Dee, Black, and Sampit Rivers in Georgetown and Horry Counties, and certain parts of Lake Marion and Santee Swamp. The restrictions apply from one hour before legal sunset to one hour after legal sunrise and during duck hunting season.
