Establishes July 1 as the start date for terms of masters-in-equity in South Carolina courts established after January 1, 2027.

This bill amends the South Carolina Code to set the initial term of office for masters-in-equity in courts established after January 1, 2027, to begin on July 1 of the year the court is established. It also specifies that if a master-in-equity's term is set to expire before July 1 in its expiration year, it will end on June 30 of that year, and if it expires after July 1, it will end on June 30 the following year. This act will take effect on January 1, 2027.
