Establishes a priority lien on profits from a crime to benefit victims and the state.

This bill amends South Carolina law to create a priority lien on profits from a crime, payable to or accruing to a convicted person or another person on their behalf. The proceeds of the lien will be distributed to statutory victims or their dependents, court costs, and the South Carolina crime victim's compensation fund. The Office of the Attorney General is authorized to take legal action to perfect and enforce the lien.
