Allows parents to make healthcare decisions for children over 18 if they qualify as dependents on the parents' health insurance.

This bill amends the South Carolina Code to allow parents to make healthcare decisions related to the emergency admission of a child over the age of eighteen for mental health services if the child qualifies as a dependent on and is covered by the parent's health insurance. This provision takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
