Amends the State Child Fatality Advisory Committee to include new members and clarify quorum requirements.

The bill amends the South Carolina Code to revise the State Child Fatality Advisory Committee. It adds the Executive Director of the South Carolina Commission for Community Advancement and Engagement, the State Child Advocate, a county coroner or medical examiner, and a solicitor as members who serve ex officio and may appoint a designee.
