Prohibits Medicaid funding for family planning services by abortion providers in South Carolina.

The bill amends South Carolina law to prohibit Medicaid funding for family planning services provided by abortion clinics and affiliated physicians or medical practices. It also prohibits state and local funds for family planning from being appropriated to these entities. The Department of Public Health must provide a list of qualified family planning service providers. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
