Free park admissions for South Carolina veterans with permanent and total disability.

The bill amends South Carolina law to allow veterans classified as permanently and totally disabled by the Veterans Administration to enter any state park without charge. This privilege requires presentation of an identification card from the county veterans affairs officer. The bill also allows South Carolina residents over 65, disabled, or legally blind to use park facilities without charge, excluding campsites, overnight lodging, and recreation buildings.
