This bill amends South Carolina law to allow political subdivisions to install and maintain commercial advertisement benches. It removes the requirement that benches must be located at the applicant's bus stop and eliminates the expiration date for permits issued for these benches. The Department of Transportation may charge a permit fee of twenty-five dollars for each permit application.
