Provides conditions under which an operator of a recreational vehicle park may remove a transient guest. The operator may remove a guest who illegally possesses or deals in a controlled substance, disturbs the peace, violates park rules, or fails to pay rent. The guest must be notified in writing and given the opportunity to leave. If the guest remains, they can be fined or imprisoned. The guest's utilities may be disconnected if they have an outstanding account. The guest's personal property must be cared for and refunded if not removed within 48 hours.
