Adjusts the compensation for Kershaw County Transportation Committee members and the chairman.
The bill amends Act 172 of 1995 to change the compensation for members of the Kershaw County Transportation Committee. Each member will receive $90 for each meeting attended, while the chairman will receive $175 per meeting. Payments are limited to a maximum of 18 times per fiscal year. The chairman cannot approve vouchers for more than 15 meetings per fiscal year for each member.
