Amends South Carolina law to allow pharmacists to dispense self-administered hormonal contraceptives without patient-specific written orders under.

This bill amends the South Carolina Pharmacy Practice Act to revise the definition of "self-administered hormonal contraceptive" and to allow pharmacists to dispense these contraceptives under certain conditions. Specifically, pharmacists may dispense these contraceptives without patient-specific written orders if they are acting in good faith and exercising reasonable care, and if they are employed by a hospital or a pharmacy permitted by the state.
