Exempts breast pumps, supplies, and incontinence products from sales tax in South Carolina.
This bill amends the South Carolina Code to exempt breast pumps, breast pump collection and storage supplies, and breast pump kits from sales tax. It also exempts incontinence products, defined as diapers or incontinence underpads prescribed by a State Medicaid provider for Medicaid beneficiaries. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
