Amends eligibility requirements for Probate Judges in South Carolina.

This bill amends the eligibility requirements for Probate Judges in South Carolina. It specifies that a candidate must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of the state, at least 21 years old, and either hold a four-year bachelor's degree or have four years of experience in a probate judge's office. The new requirements become enforceable on July 1, 2026.
