Expands access to child abuse and neglect case records for specified entities.

The bill amends South Carolina law to allow the Department of Children's Advocacy to grant access to indicated case records to additional entities, including county and state Guardian ad Litem staff and the State Child Advocate's Divisions. It also updates the confidentiality provisions to allow the appointed guardian ad litem to share collected reports and information with relevant county and state divisions.
