Requires county governing bodies to provide secure facilities for Workers' Compensation Commission hearings.

This bill amends South Carolina law to mandate that county governing bodies furnish secure, existing facilities for the Workers' Compensation Commission to conduct hearings. The facilities must include all utilities and comply with security standards. The bill also exempts the Workers' Compensation Commission from certain restrictions on counties' expenditure and revenue-raising powers.
