Allows retired police officers with constable certification to work for multiple law enforcement agencies without earnings limitations.

This bill amends the South Carolina Code to exempt retired police officers who maintain their constable certification from earnings limitations when employed by law enforcement agencies. Such officers can be hired by one or more agencies and may work simultaneously for multiple agencies. The bill specifies that these officers are subject to the direction and control of the hiring agency and must be paid by that agency.
