Requires candidates and committees to file campaign bank account statements with their quarterly campaign disclosures.
This bill amends South Carolina law to require candidates and committees to file campaign bank account statements with their quarterly campaign disclosures. These statements must be filed with the appropriate supervisory office at the same time as the campaign disclosure report. The bank account statements are not subject to public disclosure and can only be retained by the supervisory office for audit or verification purposes.
