Prohibits commercial activities involving red snapper within South Carolina.

The bill amends South Carolina's licensing requirements for the sale or transportation of live or fresh fish and fishery products. It specifically makes it unlawful to buy, receive, handle, pack, process, ship, consign, land, possess, sell, barter, or trade red snapper for commercial purposes.
