The bill authorizes the South Carolina Student Legislature to use the chamber of the South Carolina House of Representatives for its annual State House meeting in the last quarter of 2026. The date and time will be determined by the Speaker of the House, provided the House is not in session. The chamber cannot be used if the House is in session or otherwise unavailable. The Office of the Sergeant at Arms will provide necessary assistance and access, following House Rules. No charges will be made for the use of the chamber.
