The South Carolina House of Representatives congratulates Spartanburg Water's Landrum Drinking Water Treatment Plant for winning the "Best Tasting Water" in South Carolina award. The award was presented at the annual South Carolina Environmental Conference. The Landrum plant will compete for the overall best tasting water in North America at the 2026 American Water Works Association's ACE Conference in Washington, D.C. Spartanburg Water, serving nearly 240,000 customers, is composed of the Spartanburg Water System and Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District.
