Amends Palmetto Fellows Scholarship criteria and adds Classic Learning Test as an approved assessment.

This bill amends the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship Program to include the Classic Learning Test as an approved assessment for receiving scholarships. It also modifies the LIFE Scholarship qualifications to include ACT and Classic Learning Test scores. Additionally, it amends the definition of "talented and qualified resident" to include ACT and Classic Learning Test scores. The bill specifies that students must meet certain criteria to be eligible for these scholarships, including SAT, ACT, or Classic Learning Test scores, grade point averages, and class rank.
