Establishes penalties for employing unauthorized aliens and provides a civil enforcement process with whistleblower procedures.

The "Eliminate Illegal Immigration Whistleblower Act" amends the South Carolina Code to include penalties for employing unauthorized aliens. Employers found liable face civil monetary penalties and additional financial penalties equal to three times the economic benefit obtained. The act also provides a civil enforcement process, allowing a relator to bring a civil action on behalf of the state. The Attorney General may intervene and proceed with the action. The act clarifies cumulative remedies and concurrent enforcement by the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
