South Carolina H5240 amends the special restricted driver's license rules for minors, prohibiting operation between midnight and 5 a.m. unless accompanied by a licensed driver. The license is valid only during daylight hours and requires accompaniment by a licensed adult aged 21 or older after 6 p.m. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
