Adjusts the number of antlerless and antlered deer tags for residents and nonresidents in South Carolina.

This bill amends South Carolina's deer hunting regulations by increasing the number of antlerless deer tags for residents from two to three and decreasing the number of unrestricted antlered deer tags from three to two. It also allows residents, including those under sixteen, lifetime, and gratis licensees, to purchase two antler restriction individual antlered deer tags and additional individual antlerless deer tags for five dollars each. Nonresidents can buy up to four antlered deer tags, two of which must be antler restriction tags, and antlerless deer tags for ten dollars each.
