The South Carolina House of Representatives congratulates and recognizes Kaycee Reining for her achievements and continued efforts in philanthropy. Kaycee, an honor graduate from Seminole State College and Bosie State University, has dedicated her career to helping disadvantaged youth. She created an annual empowerment program in partnership with ESPN, providing a college bowl game trip and educational opportunities to over three hundred fifty young people. Her work includes service to disabled students and motivational speaking.
