Establishes a registry for repeat offenders of criminal domestic violence in South Carolina.

The bill creates a Persistent Criminal Domestic Violence Offender Registry to be administered by the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED). It mandates the inclusion of offenders convicted of second or subsequent domestic violence offenses starting from January 1, 2027. The registry will include the offender's name, date of birth, conviction dates, counties of convictions, and a photograph. A $100 registration fee will be charged, with $50 retained by the court and $50 remitted to SLED.
