This resolution authorizes the South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA) to use the chamber of the South Carolina House of Representatives for its Student Government Fall Conference on Monday, September 14, 2026, and Tuesday, September 15, 2026, provided the House is not in session. The chamber may not be used if the House of Representatives is in session or if the chamber is otherwise unavailable. State House security forces shall provide assistance and access as necessary for this meeting in accordance with previous procedures. No charges may be made for the use of the chamber.
