Prohibits state agencies from using funds to purchase food or drink unless eligible for SNAP benefits.

The bill amends the South Carolina Code to prohibit any state agency, department, or institution from using funds to purchase food or drink products unless those products are eligible for purchase using Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits. This act would take effect upon approval by the Governor.
