This bill establishes that the base annual salary for justices and judges of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Family Court must match the salaries of members of the General Assembly. For sitting judges, this adjustment applies after their current term ends and upon reelection. Additionally, it restricts any salary supplements, expense allowances, or other payments for official duties to not exceed the in-district compensation provided to members of the General Assembly. These provisions take effect starting with the 2026-2027 fiscal year and expire on July 1, 2036.
