This bill amends South Carolina law to allow courts to order visitation for a great-grandparent of a minor child if the child's parents are deceased, divorced, or living separately, and if the court finds that the parents are unreasonably depriving the great-grandparent of visitation. The judge may award attorney's fees and costs to the prevailing party.
