Establishes a Division of Men's Health within the South Carolina Department of Public Health to address men's health issues.

The bill creates a Division of Men's Health within the South Carolina Department of Public Health. This division will focus on raising awareness of health issues specific to men, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, heart disease, smoking cessation, respiratory illness, unintentional injuries, health equity, and cultural competency. It will also work with mental health providers to address men's mental health, developmental issues of boys, violence prevention, self-esteem, and communication.
