The I-95 Corridor Authority Act establishes the I-95 Corridor Authority to oversee economic development, health, and educational improvement activities in member counties. The authority is governed by a board of fifteen members appointed by senators, representatives, and the Governor. The authority can receive state funds, private and public donations, grants, gifts, and other contributions. It must distribute funds as loans or grants, create guidelines for selecting recipients, and be audited annually.
