Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to affix a sexual offender identifier on the driver's licenses or special identification cards of certain sex offenders. The Department may charge a fee for affixing the identifier. Upon termination of sex offender status, the person may obtain a new driver's license or identification card without the identifier. Violating this provision is a misdemeanor. The act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
