Allows the General Assembly to consider bills on closed partisan primaries after May 8, 2025.
This bill amends the sine die resolution for the 2025 legislative session to include bills relating to closed partisan primaries among the matters that can be introduced, received, and considered by the General Assembly before the sine die adjournment. This includes concurrence, nonconcurrence, and appointment of conferees, as well as the receipt, consideration, and disposition of conference and free conference reports and any vetoes.
