It mandates that 911 telecommunicators receive training in high-quality telephone-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (T-CPR) using the latest nationally recognized cardiovascular care guidelines. The State Fire Marshal must ensure firefighters undergo annual wellness exams. Emergency medical technicians must also complete these exams annually.
