The South Carolina Farm Export Relief and Resilience Act establishes the South Carolina Farm Export Trade Relief Fund to provide grants or low-income loans to farmers impacted by federal tariffs. The Department of Agriculture must partner with trade offices and federal agencies to open new international markets for state agricultural products. The Department, in collaboration with the Department of Insurance and Clemson University Cooperative Extension, must develop a proposal for state-supported crop insurance enhancements.
