South Carolina H4250 amends campaign contribution limits for candidates.

South Carolina H4250 modifies the South Carolina Code to adjust contribution limits for candidates. It sets a maximum of $500 for statewide office candidates, $3,500 for jointly elected statewide candidates, and $1,350 for other office candidates. It also prohibits cash contributions over $25 unless accompanied by a record, bans contributions from registered lobbyists, and restricts contributions for two offices simultaneously. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
