Extends early voting hours and days for statewide general elections, primaries, and runoffs in South Carolina.

The bill amends South Carolina law to extend early voting hours and days for statewide general elections, primaries, and runoffs. For statewide general elections and primaries, early voting centers must be open from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. each day of the early voting period. For runoff elections, they must be open from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Friday immediately preceding the election. Early voting centers must not be open on Sundays or legal holidays.
