The South Carolina House of Representatives congratulates Chris White, Seneca High School head track and field coach, on being named 2023-2024 National Girls Track and Field Coach of the Year by the National Federation of State High School Associations. Chris White has been involved with Seneca High School's cross country and track/field programs since 1999, and has led the girls track team to four consecutive state titles. He has also received several Coach of the Year awards, including the South Carolina Athletic Coaches Association Girls Track and Field Coach of the Year award twice.
