This bill transfers all powers, duties, responsibilities, assets, and liabilities of the Greater Greenville Sanitation District to the governing body of Greenville County. It also repeals Act 1543 of 1968, which established the Greater Greenville Sanitation District. The changes will take effect on July 1, 2025.
