Allows nonprofit organizations to sell alcoholic liquors by the drink and permits certain invitees to consume them on licensed premises.

The bill amends South Carolina law to allow nonprofit organizations licensed by the state to sell alcoholic liquors by the drink. It also permits members, guests of members, and other invitees to consume these alcoholic liquors on the premises of the nonprofit organization between 10 AM and 2 AM. This change aims to expand the consumption options for invitees at licensed nonprofit premises.
